HP CP1515n Printer.

Hi, I hope this post is in the right place. I have CP1515n and do not want to repace the colour carts as the printer is going to be used for B&W printing from now on. If there any divers that can be downloaded or a setting on the printer that can be changed to allow this. Many thanks. Chris.

My experience with printers is that once they run out of a color they keep printing the rest of the colors. I know I've handed in more than a few blue text reports in my school days. Maybe things have changed but can you not just leave the empty color cartridge in the printer and refill the black one and have the result you desire?

Hi Wribbs, thanks for the reply. The printer refuses to work full stop even though the other three carts are app 50 per cent full.
