HP CQ70 Laptop Turns On When I Connect The Charger Without Pressing The Power Button

Hi Everyone
I wonder if someone could help solve this problem with my hp CQ70 laptop Intel Pent Dual Core T3400 4 Gig Memory
Window 7 64 bit Same problem When I Installed Windows 10
As Soon as i connect the power supply its starts up without me pressing the power button
I changed the power supply
I have fitted a New Bios Battery
And Just ordered a new Battery
My Bios is version F65
The power button is not depressed or stuck down
Also I believe the Bios does not have a option to stop this
Could i possible flash the bios would that help but not sure where or what Bios To Use
Any Idea's Please

Problem Solved
Fitted new battery costing around £12.50
Then powered up and switched off the laptop couple of times using just the power on off button
Without the laptop charging lead connected worked correctly
Then connected the Charging lead and the laptop did not start up on its on
Only started up after pressing the power on button
BINGO WELL PLEASED
