HP DESK JET 2545 cannot print in black ink

Hi
I am having a very weird problem with my Deskjet 2545 all in one. It won't print the black color despite having the black ink in full. I have performed all the relevant trobleshooting such as alignment,cleaning the cartridge,printing the diagnostics page-but to no avail. Please help

Thanks for your response. What is the print head of the cartridge and how to clean it?
