HP Deskjet 1050A paper jam but no signs of problem!?

I have a HP Deskjet 1050A which I bought from Ryman. It is brand new and began printing a few things fine, but now it's constantly saying there's a paper jam when there has never been any form of jam. I've opened the cartridges section and a few of the little wheels don't turn much - maybe that's a problem? I haven't found any 01/02/03 numbers I can call HP Support from my mobile. Any ideas to help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! L.

Little pieces of paper can get caught in places that are very hard to see. Keep looking for them.
