Hp deskjet 450 driver

hi,have a deskjet 450, on both blue tooth & hard wired tries to print...ie ink moves gives a bit whirl but will not go any further??? is it dead???

Sure seems dead. Did you see if the ink is installed properly and nothing is in the way of the mechanism?
