HP DeskJet 970Cse printing error

Someone just gave me this printer and I installed the drivers for it. I tried to print and only get printing error in the printer status

That sounds more like a statement then a question, for which I will agree you probably did receive an error based on your above statement .

However, if you still have the error, we could give some advice to you as far as whats wrong. Please also provide your OS.
