there is a orange light blinking at the "resume" icon after i have changed the cartridge

it’s probably insufficient paper or something related to the ink
catridge. When you get the orange light blinking all the way,
eventhough paper is load, ink catridge is not empty, it is probably
the printer recongized the ink catridge as empty (although it’s not
empty!).
