HP Desktop TouchScreen 520-1020 Upgrade Graphics Card

I got this PC and I realized that wasn't good enough to run games such Star Craft II in high definition
so I was wondering if it is possible to upgrade the graphics card?

If it is possible what graphics card are the best suitable for this PC!!

This pc shares more similarities with a laptop than a desktop PC component wise. It would, in theory, be possible to install a mobile GPU into it, it would just be quite difficult and may not yeild huge performance gaines when paired with that CPU, nevertheless, I would give the link a glance.

Well something like a newer 745m or 750m from Nvidia would probably work. You could go with lower end mobile cards as well but performance wouldnt be as good. Your only issue would be cooling, though you may be able to buy a cooler for a mobile GPU that fits in the PC, I just don't know too much about this stuff. Mobile GPU's can be hard to find, I'd recommend searching on Craigslist or eBay for something like a 650m that's more common.
