HP elite 8200 USFF help

OK. The dvd drive on the above mentioned machines motherboard has the following Micro SATA cable. The lead connects to the MB by a standard SATA HDD cable and a weird 5 pin connection. Only 4 of those power connections are populated on the white connector but it is 2 red and 2 black.
As I have no use for the DVD I am trying to get that connector converted to a standard molex 4 pin connector to provide power.

Any one know how to convert the 2 red and 2 black molex off the five pins on the board.

This is one of the only pics i could find and you can see the 5 pin next to the sata.

Alright the only way I really know is by soldering the wires to the matching molex connector and since hp changed the way...


Alright the only way I really know is by soldering the wires to the matching molex connector and since hp changed the way the wire look if you look a molex adapter yellow is the 12v and red is the 5v the blacks don't matter since they are ground so you need a voltage tester/meter to see which is which and solder it to the matching color. My opinion I don't recommend soldering them since they are different wire gauge and I done't even know if hp put a 12v on it since I only see 2 reds, and if you do solder them I not responsible for any damage.
