HP Elitebook 8530w Fingerprint Problem / Blocked due to Disk Format

HI Dear,

I am using Elitebook 8530w and the fingerprint was working excellent. But when I have installed new window on my laptop and formatted the partition to install fresh copy of window the fingerprint device is not working i.e I can activate it or generate new fingerprint.

Actually I have installed almost 3 times new window (win7 64 bit) whilst the fingerprint was in working condition so there are chances that due to maximum limit of 3 times upgrading windows the fingerprint is blocked.

Please help me how I can reactivate it or can unblock. Thanks!

You need to install the Windows 7 64-bit drivers from HP's website. For the UK, the drivers are here:

The driver you need for the fingerprint reader is under "Keyboard, Mouse & Input Devices":
