[SOLVED] HP Elitedesk G1 Desktop not booting ?

Hello All-

I have a HP Elitedesk G1 that beeps twice following by two red flashes on the power button for five times then continues to blink. Nothing appears on screen.
According to HP beep codes, it recommends checking to see if fans are blocked or replug them. I have tried each.

Also, off a cold boot, the system and CPU fan run at full power for about 1-mintue before the system stops.

Any advice would be appreciated.

If this was working fine before, it sounds like the motherboard died.
