Hp envy 13 x360 upgrade

Thinking of getting a hp envy 13" x360 with the mobile amd ryzen 7. It states that it comes with 8gb of ram but was wondering if it's possible to upgrade this to 16gb?

Nope, you can't upgrade the RAM.
Even if it was upgradable, like the hp envy 15" x360 it will be less expensive to buy the unit with 16GB of RAM than upgrade the two 4GB modules afterwards.
Going from 8GB to 16GB is $30-$45 from HP, but buying 16GB of DDR4 will set you back at least $130.
