hp envy 15 x360 aq-173cl ssd upgrade?

I looked at the user guide and it looks like it has a m.2 256gb ssd, but it doesnt say anything about it being upgraded. any help would be appreciated. just want to swap it with 512gb m.2

Per this product information, the M.2 in your unit is 2280 which means it's 80mm long. If you must look for an NVMe drive then it should be a maximum length/dimension of 2280.
