Question HP ENVY 23-o014 All-in-One Desktop core upgrade

System is running win 10, update current, but slow. Will core upgrade to i7-4785t 2.2ghz 8m from i5-4570t 2.9ghz make a big difference? Is there a better core replacement? Current Socket: LGA 1150, TDP: up to 35 W, Socket type: FCLGA1150. HP lists i7-4785 as top option is there better cores that will fit and will it be a simple pop out and replace?

Depending on your uses a SSD would probably speed up the system over a CPU upgrade.

Thanks, i'm seeing 100% cpu, mem 79-85% and disk 13% so I was guessing I need to upgrade cpu.

CPU usage seems a bit high if your just browsing or using the system for daily tasks. You may want to scan the system with Malwarebytes.
