Hello, I have replaced 500 HDD with 256 SSD, initially second 32GB mSATA was used as a cache drive and 500GB HDD as system. Now a have system on 256GB SSD and 32GB mSATA as storage.... Please advise how to enable back Intel SRT technology as when pc wakes up from sleep my email is not updated and disconected, thanks

Go to Intel and download the latest software.

Also:
Read your LAPTOP MANUAL if it helps though the Intel SRT user guide may be the most useful.

If I understand correctly, you have a laptop and this technology will allow it to periodically turn on to update your e-mail then turn off again?

It sounds like you changed something in your BIOS when you switched drives like from RAID to ACHI or something so the solution may involve:
- a BIOS change, and
- a change in the Intel SRT software in Windows

Since you bought an SSD there's no speed advantage to startup using the small SSD with Intel SRT so the only advantage now is ensuring your e-mail is already pre-downloaded? Personally, I'd remove the small SSD.
