Hi i have an HP ENVY h8-1427 Desktop PC i am just wondering wich part should i change first ( PROCESSOR: intel core i5-3750k 3.40ghz RAM: 8.00 GB GRAPHIC CARD: amd radeon hd 7570...)

The most obvious place to upgrade would be first the PSU and then the GPU.

If you're on the budget side, usually the 450/550 Corsair CXM (the new one with a black and white label, the older line with the green one was mediocre) or the Seasonic 520/620 tend to be available at the best prices. Do check your existing PSU to see if you're using a standard PSU (OEMs sometimes use proprietary ones and the public documentation tends to be less than helpful).
