Question HP ENVY SCREEN ISSUE

Hey all,

I'm getting this pixelated line since a few days. There was no physical damage to the screen, it just appeared out of nowhere.

Laptop Model: HP ENVY AE-131TX

Is there any way to fix it? Or screen replacement is the only option?

It may be the case that you exerted pressure on the screen without noticing. I had a similar issue with a laptop I took on a plane, somehow pressure was exerted on the screen and it created a spot of black pixels, which looked similar to this.

Have you noticed the affected area increasing?

This could've been the case. No, the affected area is not increasing.
