HP Envy will connect to WiFi but says "no internet access"

My HP envy will connect to every wireless connection but the one in my home. Every time I try it connects, but says "no internet access". The WiFi works for all other devices in the house. I have spent countless hours with my isp, and the hp people and no one is fixing the problem. I need assistance please, at my wits end.

check your router in the wireless settings if the mac address of your hp envy is on the permit list .

I did check that, even put the Mac address into the wireless settings to allow. Same results, connects to WiFi with no internet access at home.

try to map network on wired then on wirelees to see witch part is not connecting correctly .

have you tried flushing DNS?

cmd.exe "Run as Administrator"
type in: ifconfig /flushdns
Enter

this is a laptop one i would try to go where they have hotspot and see if it could connect wireless.

Some troubleshooting things to experiment with. In no particular order. As always when messing with WiFi, get the computer close to the router.

Power cycle the router and the computer so everything is fresh
Set the WiFi connection to a fixed IP and enter the router's IP for the gateway
Set the WiFi connection to get the IP from DHCP
Temporarily disable encryption
Change the SSID
Change the WiFi channel
