Solution
Can you run the free version of memtest86 on your ram, 1 stick at a time. Might be easiest picking on the stick that causes the BSOD. If you get ANY errors its too many as perfect score is 0. ANY errors means stick needs to be replaced.

F8 won't get you into safe mode at startup, it is disabled by default in Win 10 and you would need to take steps to set it up before it works.
what message is it saying on the blue screen? is it a smilie face or just a load screen?

Is it easy to test the ram sticks? can you run the free version of memtest86 on the ram, 1 stick at a time, and errors are too many - could explain why its suddenly gone hardware reserved

What kind of envy ?
What "hardware reserved" ?

My story: HP probook 4530, factory at 8GB, switching to 16 GB didn't boot.
1. boot with 8GB or less
2. Run MSCONFIG->Boot->Advanced options-> Select maximum memory and set to 16 GB (in MB=16384) + OK
if you check again, it will show zero, it is fine !!
You can check in BCD with "bcd /enum" all and it should show a new field: "truncate memory" in hex 0x400000000

For "safe mode" press F8 immediately after BIOS test.

this i what i get when i remove one my ram the problem is gone. but what i didn't get is i check both my ram are working and also my ram port.when i insert both 8gb ram it give me blue screen and have caps lock blinking! i get both ram from the company it self which was working correctly if u got any idea
