HP envy X2 PC tablet

i got an error on startup.....
boot device not found...
install OS...
Harddisk (3F0)
and i cant boot any usb or dvd because UEFI boot order doesnot show any devices as i have disabled secure boot from bios...... plz help it really urgent, its my boss !!
