Specs:
- HP Envy X360 15-ds0013ca
- Crucial P2 1TB PCIe gen3 M.2
CT1000P2SSD8
Problem:
the laptop restarts occupationally during normal use. it suddenly gives me a BSOD and tries to make dump file and it fails, so it restarts very quickly that i can not see the error
in the several times i was successful to see the error it sys "UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION".
everytime the laptop restarts i see these errors in the event viewer (last one is critical and the one before it is an error)
the critical:

what i tried:
1- fresh installation of windows and downloading drivers via windows update
2- fresh installation of windows and downloading drivers via HP
3- using HP cloud recovery software to download windows image that's customized and includes drivers that laptop shipped with
4- using HP cloud recovery software to download windows image and download amd drivers instead
none of that were successful and the problem persists
i tried pretty much everything i can think of. are there any way to specify which hardware part is causing the problem?
and how can i get logs about what was happening before the shut down since the windows is unable to create dump file i run an app that logs continuously?
