Hello, i have problem with my notebook HP G72. When i was working sudenlly graphic driver twice restart and then shut down. When i restart the pc there was just a black screen but i can hear the sound of win start. I tried to reinstall drivers of graphic cards-both of them amd radeon hd 5*** serie and intel hd, but nothing works. Only results were 1) blue screen and error in atikmpag.sys 2) system stars but only intel hd graphic works, amd graphic didn´t exists in hardware manager 3) os starts but not even one graphic works. I tried varios combinations of updating bios, chipset and drivers but with no result.

If the graphics chipset is overheating, it will work up until a point. There may be a thermal cutoff within the system which is why it shuts down.

Try downloading Fur Mark and run a test to see what sort of temps your GPU is reaching. If it is going over 85c then its safe to say that this might be your problem.

Temps didn´t reach 60c

The atikmpag.sys obviously points to the ATI/AMD internal GPU. I don't imagine you would also have an Intel HD GPU in the laptop. What makes you think you have both? Uninstall all graphics drivers, then reboot and then search for new hardware to see what Windows finds.
