HP HDX 16 is spoiled

From HP HDX 16 owner.

My laptop's display was blurring for few months because of badly fixed cable.
Now it is absolutely black.
Every time I turn on my laptop I can see HP logo and sometimes display shows me Welcome screen of Windows 7.

Trying to find a reason of such behavior I :
- plugged external monitor to my laptop but it showed the same on external monitor.
- disassembled laptop and fixed all cables. as a result I got the same thing.

I do not know the exact reason of such behavior of my laptop. I want to ask you about this. Please, share all assumptions.

I suppose that it could be a problem of graphic adapter and display turns of because of memory shortage . What do you think about this.
