HP India?!?

Does HP have contact centers in India? Friend reported calling in about a bad hard drive, and ended up talking to someone with a very thick Indian accent! The person was really hard to understand, so my friend just gave up. :lol:

I'm not really sure. I keep on hearing about HP opening then closing call centers in India. When did this happen?
