HP Ink-Cartridge not found after refilling

hey,

i got a HP PSC 500, it's a printer combined with scanner.
i now got the problem that after refilling the ink cartridges, the
printer reports the error "no cartidge found. install a colour-cartridge."

i read about the trick to cover the contacts on tha back - tryed that,
but same situation.
meanwhile i am not sure anymore if it's really that problem with wrong
filling status - resetting it ...

anyone got similar problems? i would be great if someone could help
me find out what's the problem there.

sorry for the poor spelling, it's late and i am not really sure about some
nouns 😛
