HP Ink Refill warning level

Hello, I followed the following procedure (http://www.misterinkjet.com/hp57reset.htm) with my HP Deskjet F4180 after having refilled my 21 & 22 cartridges.

The Reset Method 1 worked a trick with my black cartridge but failed to reset the ink levels for my colour 22 cartridge.

Do you know why this might be the case?
I would try Reset Method 2 but I only have one set of carts. Any other procedures I should try to get it working?

Did you manage to figure out your problem?
Did you use the same kind of tape for both?
