Question HP IPM87-MP Memphis-S motherboard x1 pci-e slots not working properly?

I'm trying to get my pcie card to work with my motherboard on the x1 pcie slots. The card is a UAD Octo Pcie card. The card was designed to fit in the x1 pcie slot. The card works fine on my x16 slot but not on any of my x1 slots. On the x1 slots the card shows that it is on, but it also shows that the drivers are not communicating with the device. Any help is welcome!

My system specs are:
-Intel I7-4790k
-HP IPM87-MP Memphis-S Motherboard
-2 x 8GB DDR3-1600 Ram
-EVGA GTX 1050TI 4gb
-Windows 10
-Samsung 860 EVO 1tb

Thanks for the reply. As far as I know I have the latest drivers installed. Just to make sure how do I check?
