Question HP Laptop BIOS Password

I bought an HP Laptop 2nd hand today
model

I am unsure if it is a business model or a consumer model.

I installed a brand new hard drive in it but it looks like the legacy boot (for USB) is disabled.
So I am trying to get into the BIOS to turn it on but it's password protected and the seller doesn't know the password. Any idea how to reset it completely?
I've tried taking out the CMOS battery and completely draining the laptop but still no good
