Laptop model: HP Envy x360 15m-es1023dx

This is a 1 year old laptop and shortly after getting it it started locking up like the pictures show below, only way to fix it is to hard power off the laptop. I have re installed it 2x and reverted down to windows 10 and windows 10 works flawlessly. I would stay on windows 10 but I bought this laptop for the ability to fold it and have the screen rotate etc. On windows 10, it is not compatible for some odd reason. Any recommendations appreciated.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

How did you get onto Windows 11? If you're going to Windows 11 using the internal upgrade path, please stop and create your bootable installer for Windows 11 using Windows Media Creation Tools.

Prior to reinstalling the OS, I'd advise that you make sure your BIOS is updated, and download all necessary drivers for your laptop and have it handy on a pen drive. When installing the OS, install it while offline so the OS doesn't download drivers it thinks is right for your platform. Instead once OS install is complete, install all drivers in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

I did what you said and it still happened, I found a flag in reliability center and this is what it is: View: https://imgur.com/a/DGUnPjH
I wasn't able to find anything on google about it.
