Hi
So my girlfriend's laptop just boots to a black screen. No bios or OS, it does seem to flicker but it's just a few shades of black. The charger is working fine and have tried booting without the battery. The light on the side indicates it's turned on and I could hear the fans moving inside. I'm not sure what else to do here and would appreciate any help.
