hp laptop pavilion dv2500 when i start it gives loud beeps... and sometimes i tried and it says 0251:system checksum bad- default configuration used. how can i solve this... please help!

Reason for Beep codes are in the user's manual. If you don't have one, go to hp.com and search for your model.
