A laptop that I have is a few years old from HP, and hasn't been giving me any problems, but just recently, my battery has said %15 (plugged in, not charging)
But that percentage hasn't gone down or up.
I've read other forum posts and articles telling you how to fix them so I want to address that here:
(1) The BIOS doesn't show a battery percentage, so I can't tell if it's windows or the laptop not charging
(2) I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the battery drivers in Device Manager, to no avail
If anyone could help that would be great, thanks.
