HP laptop RESET doesn't do total clean

Hi I have an "HP laptop 15-bs0xx" I used reset function hoping to get back to original factory settings. I chose the not keep any files option throughout but after the function completed it was obvious the computer was not totally cleaned. There were even folders returned to the desktop. I found one almost usable guide on the HP website but the last instruction was buried under a bunch of other instructions and I had no idea which one to use. I've always gotten great help here so thanks for any assistance

what version of Windows 10 does it come with?
also, is there a sticker on it that has a Windows key?
