Question HP Laptop Stopped Working

I have a HP laptop, Dk1022wm. The laptop showed the HP logo and the spinning circle but it would not go to the sign-in screen. It tried to go into Automatic Repair and it showed a stop code of Driver PNP Watchdog. I restarted the computer and it went back to the HP screen. I turned it off and tried to turn it back on and now it won't turn on at all. Is there anything I can do?

Do you have a history for that laptop prior to this issue? I.e. was there an previous issue that seem to develop over time?
