[SOLVED] HP laptop won't turn on when power supply in

I have a
HP 15-f200 Notebook PC series
When power supply is connected it will not turn on. When I press the power button the LED will flash either white or red once but the laptop is unresponsive. It stopped working when I was using it and I used it until the battery drained now it won't work since. I have tried hard reset.! Need help asap need to do work.

Disconnect from the wall outlet and then the battery. Then press down on the power button for 30 seconds. Reconnect the adapter and try powering up. Reconnect the battery if the laptop doesn't power up with the battery out.

See if the laptop then powers up with the battery connected but adapter disconnected.
