[SOLVED] Hp Laserjet 1020 compatibility with Max OS X Yosemite

Just purchased this new printer, but am surprised no printer drivers seem to be available on HP or Apple support sites for this printer/ OS versions. Appreciate any solution/ fix. Many thanks in advance!

HP do state quite clearly that this printer is not supported on Macs (and I believe it lists Windows as a requirement on the box). However, users report success using a LJ1022 driver.
