It can be configured to do so. Check the driver and other configuration for the
settings for separator pages, banner pages and such.

Please detail what/how you are printing from?

How is it connected? what software are you printing from? What
spooling facility are you using? etc...

I'm just doing a basic 'cat foo.ps > /dev/printers/0' over a parallel
cable... I'm not using the Windows driver.

Now THAT is a good question! Why not print a sample Postscript document with
known properties and printed result? ... Ben Myers
