Greetings everyone, I have recently tried to get software for my netbook, but hp support has failed to recognize my machine,my current biggest problem is my Bluetooth adapter, it's not working. Running windows 7 ultimate. Also my trackpad isn't working.

Windows 7 Ultimate for that thing would be a pirated version, what exactly is the model number of the laptop? Trackpad not working can be as much a hardware issues as anything to do with Windows. Does it work in the BIOS (if your BIOS supports mouse movements)? If it does not work in the BIOS, reinstalling Windows won't do anything.
