Hello guys!
I need help with my NC6400 motherboard , it's a board with ATI grafik and the only known problem is battey charging problem , which is a common problem for many nc6400 notebooks.
But about the CPU and Multiplier problem, I have to tell you that I allready have searched in google in over 1 month and no solution for my problem.
The problem is that Mainboard lock CPU's multiplier on 10X 999MHz , it's a t7200 ntel 2.0ghz I'm using. The cpu is undervolted 1.075 or 0.95 V normally and in EVERY PROGRAM CPU usage is at 99% or 100% .
EVERY OTHER FUNCTION
have tried Orthos and other program but non of them can switch that Intel Speed step thing off !
I believe that fail is from the mainboard maybe clock-generator or bios .
I have tried other CPU like t5500 , t5600 , t7400
I have tried other memory DDR-2 like kingston,samsung,hp and 667mhz 800mhz low latency Hyper-x
I have tried with 5 ac-adapters hp and non hp , between 18 - 20 v 3,5 to 5,9 Amp !!!
I have tried with 4 hdd and even bootable USB or bootable CD OS
I have updated and down graded Bios 10 times
I have checked with or with out battery.
