HP not turning on and is fully charged!

Help My HP Laptop won't turn and I've tried every solution I can find??!!!! I even tried to unplug AC adapter (the cord) and the battery then press the power button 30 to 60 seconds but it still won't WORK! I EVEN TRIED IT UPSIDE DOWN,and GOING UNDER THE LAPTOP AND RESETING THE MOTHERBOARD ( Took it out and put it back in).This all started when I didnt use the laptop for about a week

Try with external power only without battery.
