I have this laptop https://support.hp.com/pt-pt/document/c05326875 . It has a terrible performance in gaming. Is there any way to get better fps will plying whit It? Like overclock processor or graphic card?

The GPU, an R7 M440 with 2GB of DDR3 is an entry level card from 2016.... essentially a rebrand of an R9 M340 from ~2015.
It was entry level ~4 years ago.... So there's not going to be a whole lot you can do. I don't think there's any headroom to OC it either ,but I guess it's worth a shot.

Turning down in game settings, and dropping the resolution is about the only ways you'll improve performance .
