hello,

I used to print out my client's documents with blue lettering, but after I replaced the ink cartridges, it's printing out a pinkish color.

Solution
Defective ink cartridge maybe. Are they new or recycled? Known vendor/source?

The colors you see are actually made by mixing the various inks in cartridges. If the cartridges are all new then probably not a low ink related problem.

Run the test page, printer diagnostics, etc. and then run the any print head cleaning functions.

Your printer's User Guide/Manual should have a troubleshooting section you can refer to. Or visit HP's website FAQs and forums for support.

Should either either fix the problem or narrow it down to a specific cartridge barring some other more serious problem.

You can run a print head cleaning function and it usually fixes most printing issues. But if this does not work, then you will might just have to replace the cartridges.
