Question HP Omen 15 High CPU Temperature

As I was playing Black Ops 3 On Max Settings i have noted the fans were going very loud so i check out the CPU and was shocked to see it was hitting the 100c mark so i tried undervoiting and no really much luck so reverted it back

Surely it should run on call of duty black ops 3 on a GTX 1060M (6GB)
But the main issue is the CPU? I don't know why it's so high it can't be becasue its old due to the fact i had got the laptop at the start of may

I even did a live chat to HP support and they were saying it was strange and very poor for this laptop but it's new as i got from Currys

Any advice would be great

Either the CPU is malfunctioning (unlikely) or there was a problem during assembly and the cooling system is not working properly (more likely). Either way, with it being so new I would utilize the warranty to get it fixed or replaced.

I have sent Curry's a email tonight regards the issues

Through I'm thinking the laptop should he able to run call of duty black ops 3 at max settings the frame rate is all over the place 40-120fps :/ through its avg is around 50-70
