[SOLVED] HP Omen 17.3 intel system heat issues

Hi all.

My current specs are in laptop form

I7 10750h
16gb RAM
512ssd
1TB HD
Nvidia RTX 2060

is it normal for the cpu temps to be hitting 80 - 85c and the GPU hitting no higher than 55c ?

this is all with a cooling pad.
Without the pad they was hitting 91 under load.

just looking for advise and wanting to know if these temps are safe and normal for a laptop while gaming.

0 up to 14% while idle, (backgrounds tasks etc)

unsure under load but there’s no stutter so I’ll guess it’s around 90% at least.

Sorry it’s took long, cpu is 98 percent, GPu is 100 %
