Hello everyone, recently, especially in the last 2 days, I have been witnessing that the laptop suddenly shuts itself off in AutoCAD and certain games, sometimes I see that I am not at the computer, but when I return suddenly I see that it is turned off, what do you think the reason for this could be?

When I look at the event viewer it says something like this as an error.

: The attached controller (EC) did not respond within the specified timeout period. This may indicate an error in the EC hardware or firmware, or that the BIOS is accessing the EC incorrectly. You need to consult your computer manufacturer for an updated BIOS. In some cases, it may cause the computer to work incorrectly.

The source is seen as 'ACPI'.

The laptop might be having an overheating issue. Use HWInfo to monitor your temps when your laptop is operating and keep an eye to see if the issue can be created on demand.

You might want to see if your laptop is pending any BIOS updates. Use your laptops serial number to bring up a bespoke page on HP's support site and cross reference any pending updates(besides BIOS). Open up Device Manager and see if you have any items flagged with a yellow exclamation mark.

On a side note next time this happens or just monitor temps with HWMonitor while your on AutoCAD or gaming.

Make sure to turn on HWMonitor first and have it up and running and game for a while and than look at HWMonitor in mid gaming.
Same in AutoCAD.

Is the laptop able to breath under it to exit the hot air. If you touch the bottom of the case is it burning hot? Does it need dust bunnies to be cleaned out of heatsinks.

All my drivers are up to date, I reinstalled the BIOS version as the latest version from the official HP hardware site from the official HP hardware site, I did a clean install, I reset the CMOS BIOS, I ran a test on all components with HP's hardware control software, I ran a CPU stress test, temperature test, SSD test, motherboard test, I don't see any problems in the device manager, no yellow exclamation, etc. In games, it goes between 85-90 maximum, very rarely 95, but after the maximum it drops instantly. In games, the temperatures go between 85-90 maximum, very rarely 95, but after the maximum, it drops instantly, that is, since the device is a limited device, it adjusts itself and lowers the frequency, so the temperatures decrease. But there is no temperature that reaches seriously high levels. There are also no high temperatures in the PCH section. I did a scan with SFC/Scannow, I did a general system scan with CHKDSK method, I just tested the ram recently and there were no problems with either of them. Apart from these, I performed a maintenance in the system with Ccleaner-like applications and finally, my computer is only 1.5 years old, it stands in the air on a laptop stand and there is a lot of space on the edge underneath for air to breathe. If it wasn't already like this, I think the temperatures wouldn't be like this, they would be even higher. But still, despite all this, I still haven't made any headway in solving the problem, I honestly don't know what else to do, if there was any problem on the motherboard, would the system turn on or should it give any warning? In the HP Hardware app. My system also currently has a small undervolt of 0.115. Could this problem have something to do with undervolt? I have not had such a problem in this situation for the last 2-3 days until last week.
