Question HP Omen 2020 or Lenovo Legion 5?

Hi,

I'm looking to get a gaming laptop and have narrowed it down to 2, the new HP Omen with Ryzen 7 (4800) and RTX 2060 or the Legion 5 same specs. Both designs I like but not sure how good the screens are or how the cooling is on them and how noisy the fans are (Reviews seem to put them both as the best for cooling and noice levels, but not sure what normal people think of them ). Does anyone have experience with these laptops, I know the 2060 is not out until next month but the cooling and screen performance should be the same.

You're supposed to fill out this form with the necessary information as a followup post to this thread or as the initial post. Also, since you seem to have short listed the laptops, please include the links to the laptops you've narrowed down. We can move forward from there.

Go for the Omen. Better battery (6 cell 90WKh vs 4 cell 60KWh), better GPU (1660TI vs 1650), better storage options (1TB SSD with an extra M2 slot), and faster RAM speeds (DDR4-3200 vs DDR4-2966). Plus on both the storage and RAM are more easily upgradable than on similarly equipped machines.

But between both, you definitely want the Ryzen 7 4800H, it's a far better CPU than the i7-10750H is.
