hp omen gpu gtx1050 6gb ram only 2 gb dedicated

i have an hp omen with i5 8gb ram and gtx 1050 with 6 gb ram..... i opend taskmanager and saw gpu only 2 gb dedicated.... can i increase the ram further as gta 5 needs so?

Don't know of a single 1050 model that has 6 GB of video memory, 2 seems normal.

2gb for a 1050 would be normal.

There is no 1050 with 6gb (only a 1060).
