You have a standard full size case that is designed with open space inside.
you can fit most any cooler you want in there.
And unless there's some kind of sticker or seal tape that has to be broken for you take off that side panel window, then they won't know if you ever opened it, and therefore won't affect your warranty.
However, the hyper 212 evo cooler won't get you very far in overclocking if that's what you are planning to do.
