Hi,
I wanted to upgrade the graphics card on my laptop to play some games. I don't know much about laptops or computers in general so I need some help. There are some details below for you guys to look at:

-Operating System
Windows 10 Home 64-bit
-CPU
AMD E2-1800
Zacate 40nm Technology
-RAM
4.00GB DDR3 (9-9-9-24)
-Motherboard
Hewlett-Packard 1902 (Socket FT1)
-Graphics
Generic PnP Monitor (1366x768@60Hz)
384MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 7340 Graphics (HP)
-Storage
465GB Western Digital WDC WD5000LPLX-08ZNTT0 (SATA)

And also on the topic, is it possible for me to add some RAM to my laptop because 4 GB isn't enough for me.

Honestly, I don't think it's really worth to upgrade at this point, looking at the vast majority of demanding games... What I'm saying is, if you were to upgrade, you would probably be best to upgrade everything or buy a new laptop all together.
