HP Pavilion 17-e150sq - i7-4702mq - does it throttle down when under load?

I want some info about this HP model. It has an i7-4702mq CPU and 8 GB of memory. Does the CPU throttle down when under heavy load? Does the turbo boost functions as supposed when it is activated, or not? Anyone tested it?
